1. Health & Safety Waiver

I understand that yoga, breathwork, and related retreat activities carry physical, mental, and emotional risks. I confirm I am fit to participate, have consulted my healthcare provider if needed, and take full responsibility for my wellbeing. I agree to stop if I feel pain, discomfort, or dizziness, and to seek medical attention if necessary.

2. Contraindications

I understand that certain conditions (including but not limited to schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, epilepsy, heart conditions, low blood pressure, and pregnancy) may make participation unsafe. It is my responsibility to disclose medical conditions or medications to the facilitators before engaging in practices.

3. Assumption of Risk & Medical Disclaimer

I voluntarily participate in all retreat activities at my own risk. I understand that yoga, breathwork, and workshops are not substitutes for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. I release the facilitators, organizers, and venue from all liability for injury, complication, or loss arising from my participation.

4. Community Agreement & Right to Dismissal

I agree to contribute to a safe, respectful, and supportive retreat environment. This includes treating facilitators, staff, participants, and the space with kindness, honoring confidentiality, and refraining from disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior. I understand that the organizers (Lotem Porat and Angela Luft) may dismiss any participant whose behavior is harmful or inappropriate. In such cases, no refund will be given and the participant will be responsible for departure costs.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

By booking, I agree to the following terms: • All payments, including deposit and installments, are 100% non-refundable. • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. • No refunds will be given for late arrival, early departure, or no-shows. • Travel insurance is highly recommended (e.g., www.squaremouth.com).

6. Additional Terms

Deposits secure your spot and are not refundable. No exceptions will be made for any reason, including natural disasters, terrorism, acts of God, strikes, travel bans, missed/delayed/canceled flights, pandemics, illness, medical or personal or family or work emergencies, pregnancy, or a change of mind. If you fail to attend, arrive late, or leave early, retreat fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. The organizers reserve the right to determine, at their discretion, whether a participant is a good fit for the retreat. If it is determined during the application or sign-up process that someone is not the right fit, they will be informed and any payments made will be refunded in full. Once the retreat begins, the organizers reserve the right to remove any participant due to disruptive behavior. Refunds in such cases are at the sole discretion of the retreat leaders. No refunds will be made for booked travel, meals, or accommodation. Cancellation by Organizer: The organizers reserve the right to cancel the retreat up to 60 days prior to the start date if the minimum number of participants is not met. In this case, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, excluding pre-booked travel costs. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover such expenses.

7. Acknowledgment & Release *

By signing, I confirm that I have read and understood this Waiver & Agreement. I acknowledge the risks of participation and voluntarily release the facilitators, organizers, and venue from any liability. I also confirm my acceptance of the cancellation policy and community agreement.
