Cocoon Portugal

Set on 275 acres along Portugal’s Atlantic coast, Cocoon is a coastal farm and sanctuary where time slows and nature holds you. Two yoga shalas — one nestled under ancient pines, the other indoors with soaring ceilings and hand-crafted tiles — create the perfect spaces for practice and presence.

A freshwater lake for swimming just on the property, oversized hammocks, fields alive with animals like peacocks and chickens, and evenings under starlit skies invite you into a natural rhythm of ease and connection. The ocean, with its dramatic bluffs and coves, lies just a short 10-15 minute drive away.

Meals at Cocoon are unforgettable: vibrant, farm-to-table dishes crafted daily with seasonal produce from local gardens and farms. Shared at long wooden tables, they are both nourishing and celebratory — an experience in themselves.

Marina R.

Attending Lotem’s retreat in Italy was truly sublime. The location, group activities, and yoga classes were all beyond expectations. Sharing this journey with those who became like family made my first trip to Italy a dream come true.
